Terms of Use

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. About this site

This website presents a private solar proposal prepared by Pro Solar (San Diego, California) for a specific homeowner. Access is by personal invitation and access code. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. A proposal, not a contract

Nothing on this site is a binding contract. Pricing is valid for the period stated in the proposal (30 days from issue unless noted) and may change afterward. Using the "Approve Proposal" feature expresses your intent to proceed and schedules a site survey — a formal written home-improvement contract, including all notices required by California law (such as your three-day right to cancel), is prepared and signed separately after the survey.

3. Estimates and modeling

Production figures are engineering simulations; savings, payback, and bill projections are modeled estimates based on stated assumptions (usage, utility rates, escalation, degradation) and are labeled as such. Actual results depend on your usage, weather, and utility tariffs and are not guaranteed. Final system design is subject to the site survey and engineering review.

4. Plan set status

The plan set shown on this site is a draft pending a stamped professional-engineer structural letter, which is attached at permit submittal. Do not use draft sheets for construction.

5. No tax or financial advice

Information about tax credits, rebates, property-tax treatment, and financing is provided for orientation only and is not tax, legal, or financial advice. Confirm eligibility with a qualified professional.

6. Access and acceptable use

Your proposal link and access code are personal. Please don't share them or attempt to access proposals prepared for others, probe the site's security, or use the proposal assistant for purposes unrelated to your proposal.

7. Intellectual property

The site, proposal documents, plan set, and brand assets are the property of Pro Solar and are provided for your evaluation of this proposal. You may download and share them with your household, advisors, HOA, and permitting authorities.

8. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Pro Solar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Errors and omissions excepted; if a figure on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions? Reply to Tim's email, call 310.453.5555, or use "Book a call" on your proposal page. Pro Solar · San Diego, California · CSLB Lic # 907700.
